Letter dated July 8, 1917 Page 2

Gee, but I would like to see all my relations & folks back there. You know there is one I haven't seen yet. I suppose he will be talking Swede when I get back. How is little Eva making it with her kid Ha, Ha. What does the babe look like?

Old Sherer has two grandchildren to toodle now. He is some guy any way. I would like to talk to him face to face. Why if a man would of ask me to help the Red Cross I sure would do my part. Sherer isn't any better than any one else.

Oh yes, I do intend to send my letters home some of these days. And I want you folks to read them if you want to.

I am sending the cuff links home & Ernie BROTHER can have them. Tell him not to buy any clothes but to wear mine because they might not fit me anyway & there is no use of them laying arround back there. Well Folks I have written about all the news. Will close with love to all Your own son,
Kinley
