Dear Folks,

      Your letter reach here today sure was glad to get it & also got one from Joe's. The first mail I got this wk. so you see I was getting learie. LEARY

      I am fine & dandy. Hope this finds U folks the same.

      I suppose when you get this Ernie BROTHER will be through threshing. How did his oats turn out? What kind of suit did he get himself?

      To bad to hear of Aunt Sara being sick. Poor old soul. She sure does have her share of sickness.

      Oh yes, I am going to see the Round Up Days today. They say there is to be some pretty good riders & ropers. I will write the particulars later.

      Oh yes, I am also sending up the picture of the Co. Some of the boys were on duty & didn't get in it.

      This sure is some pencil you sent me. I use it quite often as I am out of fountain pen ink.

      We have not got paid this mon. Expect it next week but nothing certain. We will probable PROBABLY get a shot in the arm too, but we are getting used to that & it don't hurt much all tho a fellow feels pretty dizzy after wards.

      I am sorry to hear about Vada G. being so sickly poor girl. I hear from her quite often & ans all.

      You bet I got that cake believe Uncle Dudley SLANG FOR HIMSELF it sure was good. & I went on guard that day & it came in pretty handy for a mid nite lunch.

      Well news is scarce & will right tomorrow & tell of the Round Up Days.

      What for looker IS SHE FINE? is the new school ma'am. Who will build the fires this year Ha, Ha. Allen M. I suppose. Well Bye Bye.
