Dear Folks!

I will again try and write you a few lines today. This leaves me & the rest of the boys feeling fine & dandy and I hope it finds you all the same.

We sure are enjoying fine weather here. We go swimming & fishing every day and also have played a couple of games of ball & I happened to be on the winning team both times.

Do you remember how the wolves used to howl over there? Well the Foxes do the howling here. I haven't seen any foxes yet, but I have seen a wild boar. The people say the woods are full of them, so maybe I will be able to kill myself one before I leave.

Do you still get the Allotment I made to you?

Has Babe His girlfriend back home been to see you yet? I received a letter from her & she said that she intended to go there the next day. But of course she might change her mind.

I received a letter & some pictures from cousin Pearl and as usual they were of the best.

I suppose you people have the harvest done & threshing in full swing. I did a little shocking myself one day, but did not seem much like at home as the fields are made up in small lots or 4 to 6 acres. Not much like 100 & 200.

Does anyone ever hear from Ed Fisher? I heard I heard once that he had met his hunKilled in Action?. But nothing for certain so find out his address & send me it.

Well I guess I have written about all the news so will close for now.

Your Son
With Love
Kinley
